S1E6: AF Motorsports Photographer Jamey Price

When you think of a dream job, Jamey Price has it. As an award-winning motorsports photographer, he's often times running around a track for hours on end snapping off a thousand photos or more per race. His photos have been featured in ESPN, Sports Illustrated, New York Times and more. He has a documentary showing how truly insane his 48 hours spent at the track can be.

He regularly guests on photo industry podcasts talking about how he got to the upper levels of photography from snapping photos of horses to having Lamborghini tap him to travel with their team to document their races.

But like all the guests on Attempting Fatherhood, their greatest challenge and biggest job yet, is being a dad. Jamey talks about how tough it is to set those boundaries for freelance people to "turn off" and be fully at home when his mind is always thinking about the next gig. He talks about he was afraid that when he became a dad, he would lose himself, his personality and finally, Jamey tells a very funny story about when he picked the "wrong" flower according to his 2-year old son.
