Digging Trenches

This week Pastor Travis shares a message with us called Digging Trenches.

Our first scripture reference is  2 Corinthians 10:4-6. (NKJV)
4  For the weapons of our warfare are not  [a] carnal but mighty in God for pulling down
strongholds,  5  casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of
Christ,  6  and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.

Matthew 13:18-23 (NKJV)
18  “Therefore hear the parable of the sower:  19  When anyone hears the word
of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and
snatches away what was sown in his heart. 20  But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy;  21  yet he has no root in himself but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles.

Ezekiel 36:26 (NLT)
26  And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your
stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.

Romans 12:2 (NKJV)
2  And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your
mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Philippians 4:8-9 (NLT)
