Integrity Marketing Group, LLC (“Integrity”), a national distributor of life, wealth and health products, announced today that it had acquired PIPAC Life & Insurance Brokerage (“PIPAC”), an independent marketing agency (“IMO”) based out of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Greg Saul (President of PIPAC) and LeaAnn Saul (Vice President of PIPAC), will be Managing Partners in Integrity as part of the transaction. The financial terms of the transaction are not known.


Bryan W. Adams, co-founder and CEO of Integrity Marketing Group stated that Greg and LeaAnn “are two of the most caring individuals in the industry.” They have dedicated their lives building a business that is values-based and focuses on providing excellent products to clients. Greg and LeaAnn have built a remarkable career serving others.
