Jackfruit can be found in jams, pickles, ice creams, desserts.  you can prepare them yourself...but it's quite a multi-step process...they do take a bit of practice to figure out...or you can buy them canned at stores like trader joe's or online at amazon.  Some supermarkets also sell frozen jackfruit...and they're low calorie and packed with nutrients like vitamin c, fiber, protein and minerals.
