Shalini David is the President and CEO of Christalis, a non-profit organization she founded to meet the needs of children in Uganda. While there on a mission trip, Shalini was so moved by the stories of the children that she came back to the US and mobilized to launch Christalis. Right now over 300 children are being served in homes run by this agency and through other ministries they offer.

Shalini shares in this episode how her heart was ignited with this passion, how she went about building it out, challenges they face and what keeps her going.
