EVERYTHING IS CHANGING. What you need to know...

A big change is coming to everything Arabic in 60 steps, Sam of Somalia, My Arabic World, Somali on Lockdown and everything else I do.  I have spread myself too thin over the past 5 or 6 years and to best serve my audience and to have more clarity for myself, I need to bring everything together into one personal project.  



So everything is becoming "Sam Martin Burr".

On this new platform I'll be sharing my love for and helping others learn Arabic as usual, Somali as before and a new passion of mine: Bengali as I document my journey learning a whole new language!   



So what about current programs/ platforms and their students?  

1) The Arabic in 60 Steps. The course website will close. All students who have/will enrol before 25th September 2021 will get the added opportunity to download all materials to keep for life and use offline (For those who don't have space to download such a large course, I will offer another solution tbd). The What'sapp support number will continue to be available as promised.  



*** If 80 more students join the program before 25/9/21, I will send FREE, PRINTED workbooks to every singe student who has joined since June 1st. So if you want to jump in, please don't hesitate because you can all get free workbooks out of it!  Going forward, the Arabic in 60 Steps Program will be sold as a Textbook and a Workbook on Amazon with accompanying online resources.

2) My Arabic World. Rather than being hosted on a subscription site, I'll be publishing My Arabic World - "A book of Arabic moments", on Amazon which will be accompanied by links to all relevant videos.  Every single student who has ever paid for My Arabic World in any way will be given a free copy of the Ebook to keep and all subscription payments will be stopped.  



3) Sam of Somalia YouTube channel and TikTok. I haven't created any Somali language content on those platforms for months now and I feel like it's time to give them to a project which benefits the Somali people who always supported the Sam of Somalia brand. Details will come soon but an idea we have in mind is to use it to help the Deaf community in Somalia and launch new resources.  



4) We will also be publishing our 2 most popular Somali language resources as books in both print and Ebook form: "Somali on Lockdown" and "My first 1,000 Somali Words". Everyone who subscribed to SomaliLanguage.com will be sent copies for free.
