WE DISCUSS:

His experience as a professional athlete while building his wealth. How he purchased single-family rental properties year after year. Why he transitioned from single-family to multifamily. How he got the mentoring he needed to do multifamily deals. How he was able to acquire a 46-unit apartment building. The structure of that 46-unit deal. His next goal. His biggest mistake. His biggest win.His best advice for someone just starting.

KEY QUOTE:
“Originally I was looking at ten units and because I had the right person looking over my shoulder, helping me, I was able to go to 46 on the first one. So having someone looking over your shoulder will allow you to go bigger faster which in multifamily is the name of the game.”
