Andrew took the traditional path into real estate and got a chemical engineering degree. In 2007 he left engineering to flip houses full time, and then seeing huge opportunity in apartments, transitioned full-time to multifamily in 2011. His first deal was a mostly vacant 92 unit property on the other side of the country, and since then has acquired 2,350 units across the Southeast U.S.
