Jeremy LeMere is a detailed focused individual who started his career as a mechanical engineer. Over the years he could fight off the entrepreneurial spirit and eventually went back to school to earn his MBA degree in 2011 during the bottom of the real estate market. The knowledge he gained propelled him into the rehabbing of distressed homes. Leveraging the construction skills he made remodeling a full-time hobby eventually building a portfolio of single-family and duplex properties. In 2018 he supersized his portfolio by purchasing his first multifamily property. Since then Jeremy has continued to expand his real estate portfolio to include commercial and self-storage assets. His assets are managed by an in-house team that seeks to maximize the portfolio's performance.
