Michael Wayne is a 24-year-old multi-family developer and investor. He is the co-founder of Detroit Riverside Capital, who specializes in ground-up developments in suburban downtown areas across south-east Michigan.
Michael grew up in an extremely entrepreneurial family where topics like payroll and return on investment were frequently discussed at the dinner table. Before getting into real estate, he founded, grew, and sold a number of businesses to-date; and now he hopes to continue to grow Detroit Riverside Capital, along with his partner Alec Harris, into one of south-east Michigan's largest and most well respected real estate development and investment firms.
