Do you avoid taking risks out of fear but then find yourself in situations where you can’t truly be yourself?

Fear will often keep us from seeking out the right people and opportunities but at the end of the day, what it does is keep us from believing in ourselves. It keeps us from trusting our own intuition and from believing that we deserve to have what we want in life to feel fulfilled.

When negative emotions and self-talk come up for you, write them down - first so that you can process them, but more importantly so that you can remind yourself that they come from somewhere else and don’t have to mean anything about you.

When something doesn’t go the way you planned or expected, do you make it mean something about you and then spiral into thinking that nothing is going the way you want? Use these moments as an opportunity to identify what thoughts are making us feel this way and are keeping us from really believing in ourselves.
