On this week's episode of the Any Given Runday Podcast, after Eric catches us up on all his adventures, it's the review of the Wexford Festival of Running 2024 that took place last weekend in Johnstown Castle run by the Wexford Marathon Club.

Seán's second attempt at the 100 miles in 24 hours (third overall), he talks about all the ups and downs over the 24 hours and all the people who helped him do the 120 laps of the 1.3km loop in under 24 hours to finally hit his goal.
