The jewel of the solar system, Saturn, is surrounded by thousands of beautiful, intricate rings.

This is Ken Ham, and ChristmasTime at our Noah’s Ark attraction has begun in Northern Kentucky.

The jewel of the solar system, Saturn, is surrounded by thousands of beautiful, intricate rings. Now, the spacecraft Cassini spent thirteen years exploring this incredible planet. During that mission, it measured the gravitational pull of Saturn’s rings and it confirmed they’re too light to have lasted for billions of years.

Cassini also measured dust coming from outer space. It found the rings are too clean to be old. Researchers were forced to conclude Saturn’s rings must somehow be young.

This doesn’t surprise those who start with God’s Word. We know Saturn’s rings are just a few thousand years old, created by God for his glory.
