This week we’re looking at shocking results from a recent “State of Theology” survey in America. According to this study, over half of supposed evangelicals say the Holy Spirit is a force, not a personal being or God.

But what does Scripture say?

Scripture says the Holy Spirit has a mind, will, and emotions. Now, a mere “force” doesn’t have those.

The Holy Spirit has fellowship and communes with us. Only a person can do that, so clearly the Holy Spirit is a person. The Bible also clearly calls the Holy Spirit “God.”

There’s a shocking lack of biblical understanding on even basic theology in the church! Christians—read and believe your Bibles from the very first verse.
