All last week we looked at God’s Word as we explored the question, “did humans evolve from apelike creatures?” We saw that it’s impossible to add evolution to the Bible. So why do some Christians think we should try?

Well, many think the evidence for evolution is overwhelming so Christians must accept it. But when it comes to looking at the past, your starting point matters! You see, if you start with evolution you’ll interpret the evidence in the present through that lens.

But if you start with the Bible’s history, you’ll look at the exact same evidence very differently. And that’s what we’re going to do this week!
