When you think of people I agree with, atheist Richard Dawkins probably doesn’t come to mind! But we actually agree on something!
Last year Dawkins stated that, according to science, there’s only two sexes and “that’s all there is to it.” Well, I agree with Dawkins—there are only two human sexes: male and female. If someone has XY chromosomes, he’s a man; XX chromosomes, she’s a woman. That’s the simple biology of it!
But here’s where I disagree with Dawkins: there aren’t two sexes, ultimately, “as a matter of science,” but rather, ultimately, as a matter of the Word of our Creator, who made us male and female.
