I sometimes get asked about the vapor canopy model. Now, this model comes from the idea that a canopy of water vapor used to surround the earth before Noah’s flood.
Over the next couple of days, we’re going to look at this idea. But it’s important to know that it’s OK for creationists to disagree on scientific models! As we’ll see tomorrow, the canopy isn’t taught in Scripture. It’s just a model that fallible humans have created.
