In the Spring of 2013, I finally did a Fixed Timed Ultra (Beyond Limits 24 Hour / 93 Miles) and then I find out THE GOAT is coming to Across The Years to run a 6 Day Race. This episode I talk about my Day One observations. Yiannis and I both started formal athletic training and started running races at the age of sixteen. We ran our first marathons and ultras in the early 80s and then in 2013, I finally got to race with him at the Across The Years 6 Day Race.
