Welcome to Ancient Tools for Modern Living. Tzipporah Gerson-Miller, certified yoga therapist and licensed psychotherapist explores the integration of ancient wisdom teachings and practices rooted in yoga, meditation, spirituality, and other contemplative based traditions in order to restore a sense of wholeness, vitality, and deeper connection to our humanity while meeting the mental health and physical health challenges we all face in modern daily living. Interviews with experts in fields such as yoga therapy, spirituality in healthcare, meditation, mindfulness, holistic nutrition, and contemplative psychology will be presented as a strategy to promote awareness, cultivate inter-disciplinary dialogue, and to collectively re-envision the way we respond to the challenges that arise in modern day society.
