In this episode, Mike Winslow shares how he seamlessly navigates through differing worlds and how he manages to work in both efficiently and harmoniously. Mike explains how techniques in intelligence analysis can benefit (tactical) crime analysis and vice versa through real-world examples. He also shares his experience working as a certified POST trainer as a civilian crime analyst. Mike has done numerous training on various law enforcement topics and continues to help others grow and succeed in the law enforcement analysis field. Mike is currently a Senior Crime Analyst with the Scottsdale (AZ) Police Department. We also talk about being a snowboarder, video gamer, and comic book movie fan while somehow avoiding the topic of being a CrossFit coach.  Please be sure to listen beyond the credits for this episode.
