Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) subject matter expert (SME), Jenny Tsang, will be educating us on how she became the first civilian SME in Canada her experience testifying on such matters, and how she continues to improve in her career and expertise while empowering others. Her badge story involves her involvement in helping disband multiple smaller motorcycle groups that had affiliations with the Hell’s Angels; this case, along with many others, helped earn her the IALEIA Award for Excellence in 2020.  Jenny is currently a senior criminal intelligence analyst for The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit of British Columbia, Vice President for the IALEIA Western Canada Chapter, and freelance artist (Real Jen Art).
