In this episode we talk with Jen Lara about how powerful coaching skills can be incorporated into teaching (and life through self-coaching). Jen co-created a coaching certification program, Engagement Coaching, open to anyway with a special focus for teachers. A number of public school systems, for example, in Maryland have trained cohorts of teachers through Jen's program as coaches and the results are astounding!
