Loneliness and How To Find A Third Place

Friendship and community are a huge part of why we launched this podcast so today we are going to be talking about loneliness - how our culture has become increasingly more lonely, what we can do to create awareness around that to improve our lives and how incorporating a third place into our routines can help combat that loneliness by giving us a sense of community. 

We catch up for the first 20 minutes because two pretty shocking things happened over the weekend for both of us. Allison’s was pretty sketchy and alarming… she woke up to a homeless man in her house. Ceara’s, on the other hand, is super exciting and beautiful!
