How To Be More Confident, ASAP

Confidence is a muscle we all have to work on all of the time. It’s a lifelong battle as we age, face challenges, and enter new stages of life. We believe that confidence starts from within and we challenge you to think about your current level of self-esteem. Are you avoiding events because of how you look? Are you holding yourself back from your dream job because you don’t think you have the skillset to get it? Are you dragging your feet on booking the trip because you’re afraid of what someone may think?

We start the episode by catching up on Allison and Ceara’s recent travels. Allison took a 10-day solo road trip to the southwest and is starting the 75 Hard program. Ceara went to the Lake of the Ozarks for a girl’s weekend trip and is heading to Cabo to shoot a wedding. We often find ourselves in cool situations and are regularly presented with incredible opportunities - mostly due to the fact that we put ourselves out there and are open to receiving the abundance.
