Part 2/2 - We expand upon our conversation from Episode 29 with our boyfriends, Clay and Connor. Part 1 was focused on sobriety and our own experiences with drinking and smoking. Part 2 dives into healthy lifestyles from a physical and emotional perspective. We felt that the two topics go hand-in-hand as having a clear mind has motivated us to “clean up” other areas of our life from our homes to relationships to routines and beyond. When you feel good, that positive energy permeates into every other aspect of your life.

We talk about how we include activity daily in our lives (hellllo hot girl walks!), have learned to pay more attention to food labels, experiment with various fitness programs, and are trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Every person’s journey with health and wellness is going to look different. We are hoping to give some general tips but ultimately we want to encourage you to find what works best for you and leads you to be your happiest, healthiest self - mentally, emotionally, and physically.
