How would you like to increase your income when it comes to selling? What if it meant an extra $300 to $1,000 or even more? Would you do it?

It starts with tools and resources. That's how you go from novice to expert. It's about learning basic concepts.

It starts with relationships. When you connect with people, a bond is formed and a relationship is built. Do you know people that can help you? I'm talking about Andy Albright, Gina Hawks, Dean Vagnozzi, etc. Read books like "A Better Financial Plan." Listen to Mike Zorn's sales tips. It all adds up.

One of Albright's 8 Steps is "Personal Use." Do you have an IUL on yourself? You should because that means you believe in what you sell.

This is big: people fear loss far more than they do gains. Ask great questions with clients like ... what is something happens before my death that would require me needing cash quickly? What happens if I live too long? What are the biggest concerns people have about retirement? People worry about not having enough money.

Ask them if their money is safe where they have it? Can it be accessed without penalty of taxes?

After all that, you want to share stories and examples with clients so they understand you care and it is important.
