Hey goiz , in the podcast I go over why I believe group classes should be for more advanced people who have taken care of imbalances & injuries BUT I do not completely bash them. I go on to state what I like about classes and how useful they can be. I then go on to tell you what value a good trainer can do for your body & with helping you achieve your goals!
