When it comes to nutrition research there is a lot of noise. It can be hard to determine what is evidence-based and what is marketing hype. In this episode, with Tim, we dive into the world of collagen to get to the bottom of what we know…so far.

In this episode we talk about:

Why Tim is the best person to speak to the claims and research around collagenWhat is collagen, the different types and why do we need it in our bodyWhere collagen come from and why can’t we just eat real foodWhat the evidence says about collagen for our skin, joints, gut health, post-partum and more. How we know what claims about collagen are validWhat to look out for if you choose to take a collagen supplement

Tim has an active media profile and a large social media following through his Thinking Nutrition blog and podcast. You can follow Tim over on instagram @doctimcrowe
