Four years ago, Doug left his second gym visit of the day - his usual daily routine - and dropped onto the pavement. After an emergency ER visit, his doctor informed him he was lucky to just be alive, for he had a specific type of fat that was causing heart problems: heart problems deemed the “widowmaker” for their high mortality rate. How could this healthy-eating, two-times-a-day-gym-goer, former professional athlete have issues with fat? That’s when he discovered the fatal visceral fat: and his company, Fast Fit Body Sculpting, was born.
