You've been told that you're not hustling or grinding hard enough, that if you just put in more hours, everything will change. But here's the harsh truth: working harder isn't the answer.


In fact, trying to work harder may be the reason your business is struggling in the first place - if you are focusing on the wrong thing.


I have a very popular challenge called the 0-10 SCALE Challenge. Each and every individual has five days to close $10 000 in monthly recurring revenue. It's a pretty big deal, so I teach them different strategies for acquisition, retention, sales process, niche selection, offer creation, and fulfillment.


Scaling an agency requires more than just hiring people who can do the work. Obviously, that's important, but once you know what the product is, what needs to be done, and how to accomplish it, you'll need a consistent way to generate leads.


Fulfillment is 20% of the equation. The other 80% is sales. Most business owners who are trying to grow their businesses think the opposite way.
