Chef Chris has spent his career moving up in the ranks and working in many different areas of the hospitality industry. However, he also spent his career moving up the drinking ranks. After being removed from great jobs, high profile positions, and Russia due to incidents involving alcohol, something finally clicked for Chef Chris.
