On today’s show I interview Daniela Esmeralda Gunnarsson, also called Esme.
Esme is a reiki practitioner, doTERRA wellness coach and intuitive healer, plus she runs a shared business with her husband in Iceland.
Being on her own healing journey and by becoming a mother of a beautiful son, Esme reconnected with her innate gifts and power and is now sharing her wonderful and deep wisdom with her clients and everyone who wants to connect with her.
She tells us about the adjustments she had to make, and how everything worked out so beautifully after taking the leap of faith and moving to Iceland with her husband and son. There they are running the cabin rental business and living a truly abundant and beautiful life in a magical environment.
Esme and I recorded this amazing interview in November 2018 and now is the time to release it. We talk about the importance of play and joy, and how crucial it is for us all to reconnect with our inner child. We dive into breath work, shadow work, we talk about shame, and how there’s no error and failure and mistakes, and as you will hear we get so extremely excited about connection, Sisterhood and most of all: play. Her message is very clear:
