Aaron owns and operates Alta Performance Institute in Monterrey, California. Erik “Esik” is the founder of VKNJ. They grew up in the same town and have a long training and friendship together.
Aaron had a terrible vertebrae injury to his T 1, 2 and C7 and was determined to not be handicapped at 25yrs old and found the work which was needed to begin his journey to recovery from his debilitating neck injury.
