The end of the year is coming up, which means now is a great time to look back and reflect. Most of all, it’s important to thank your past clients for their support, business, and referrals.



If you look at your top net promoters, you’ll find that these people are sending you a huge portion of your overall business. 



On our team, one way we thank our supporters each year is by giving away free pies. This is a great event and only costs us about $5,000 total. We highly recommend hosting an event like this for your past clients, since it’s a great way to reconnect and show your appreciation. 


The important thing is that you let your clients know you care.




It doesn’t have to be a pie giveaway, either. An alternative option to consider is renting out a theater for a movie night. Something I used to do myself was to rent out a private club to have a cocktail hour for my clients.



However you decide to do it, the important thing is that you let your clients know you care. If you aren’t doing a client appreciation event, you definitely should.
