I’m going to make a bold statement…in the next 30min we are going to LAUNCH your agent attraction for all of 2024!
In this Fast Start call we cover:

- how to find prospects
- how to get into action easily by starting conversations.
- an overview of the stages of recruiting according to Eric Worre (Go Pro book author)

When we get to the section with the LIVE activity, no matter what time of day you are watching this...I want you to take action right along with the people who were here live.

Don't worry about bothering people, or waking them up...people put their phones on Do Not Disturb!

There 3 different groups on listening to this call:
1) Brand new to Agent Attraction
2) Tried some Agent Attraction, maybe success maybe not, but RELAUNCHING
3) Having success and just looking to learn a little more (I’m 5 years in, 1500 people in my group and still learning)

No matter what group you’re in….Here’s my commitment, I will help. You build your exp organization!

If it succeeds, it’s because of you. If it fails, its because of you.

In any market, in any conditions, you can grow your organization. It’s easier now than ever because people are open to conversations, they are looking for answers and options to survive this market.

The effort you put in for January is worth 10x what you do in December because it compounds over the year.

Let’s make it easy. All business is conversation. Skills vs talents Recruitment is a skill set. It can be learned. Building an eXp organization is a skill set.

Here’s the good news….There are only 3 most important qualities you can have when you’re starting your recruitment journey: coachable, willing and hungry.

Raise hand if you’ve ever collected a revenue share check. (IF there are a lot, have them type the highest single month amount into the chat box)

Over 4200 agent has sponsored 5 agents (or more).

Ok OK, but some of those people joined a long time ago…it’s different now.

It’s easier now.

Each month, exp currently adds approx 2,500 agents a month.

Learning is your left foot.
Doing is your right foot.To walk you need both feet!

After you start the conversation, how do you keep it going?

How to keep conversations going:

- Ask specific questions about things that have happened in their world
- Be the broker they don’t have (give them resources, training…etc..)Invite them to events/trainings - afterwards ask them what they liked best, what was their takeaways, what they want to implement and then become their accountability partner to to help them get it done
Then pivot back to business and an invitation to learn more. We’ll cover the pivot and invitation in more depth next week.

Saw your name in my phone and it made me smile.Just wanted to say Happy New Year! Hope you’re doing well!Any big plans for 2024? (Or you could end with)I’m curious…if you could change one thing for 2024, what would it be? (Or you could end with)I’m curious…was 2023 the worst year ever in real estate?

———-When someone replies and you want to keep focusing for the full 15min, you can shoot them a quick reply:

I’m in the middle of something, I’ll get back to you later. I just wanted to say hi and I was thinking about you.
Then just txt the back sometime later that day or the next day. And keep the convo going until you watch the session on Pivots and Invitations.
