On This episode we speak to an Agegroup Athlete from North Yorkshire, who has been doing multisport for over30 Years.

James Lee started triathlon in his college days and instantly got the bug. Mixing it up with Fell running in the winter and marathons all over the world, James has a wealth of knowledge and experiences.

Add to that both his children are involved in triathlon, his daughter along side James became a coach and his son made the Yorkshire talent squad.

Having not tried to qualify until he was nearly 50 James has since represented GB 3 times at both ETU and world championships.
