Out with being a professor of Marketing, and in with leading a ministry called "Lift Your Gaze." Kim reaches out to women - and also to men - who are incarcerated in jails and prisons. She trains chaplains on how to use her materials with the prisoners, and she has also organized an upcoming benefit golf tournament.
