Today we continue our series of podcasts focusing on The Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants. As a leading provider of training and CPD for schools, we are critically aware of developing all staff in the workforce, not just teachers and the key impact Teaching Assistants makes

The Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants are split into four themes, each containing several standards. The fourth of these is Working with Others. Teaching assistants work with other professionals, parents, carers and outside agencies as well as with pupils themselves. In this podcast, we explore how TAs can be supported to complete this aspect of their role to a high standard.
