Dr. Edgar Tovilla is an Environmental Engineer that has worn almost all of the hats in the water-wastewater world across North America. He studies the interconnected and sustainable management of the municipal drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater sectors.
In this episode, we discuss how the province of Ontario has taken a water tragedy such as Walkerton and transformed itself through a committed collective of municipal professionals aiming to create a sustainable urban water system. Leading by example, Edgar motivates us and gives us insights into how to be an agent of change in these critical changing times.
