Jackie Anders is an Author and Educational Leader in Texas. Specifically, she writes novels that encompass the behaviors, life experiences, and ultimately the strengths she observes in her students as a Behavioral Specialist. Her goal in the education system is to help kids with behavioral disorders to get the best education they can while keeping others safe in an inclusive learning environment.
Jackie says that the relationship with the student is the foundation of her work in supporting them. She uses evidence-based practice to support children and staff, and ultimately, kids with support from these professionals can thrive and even turn their lives completely arounds. Kids with behavioral issues feel valued and excited to have friends when they improve their social skills when they learn to self-regulate.
