About JT:
After working to pay off $50k of debt in a year, JT found himself with a little extra money and an incredible hunger for changing their family tree which naturally led to Real Estate. After getting his wife’s approval their journey began and a year later when they purchased our first duplex house hack. Their current investing strategy is value-add house hacking with DIY as a major component. With YouTube on their side, lots of internet research and a tremendous amount of determination, JT and his wife and son take on all the challenges that Real Estate throws at them. They currently own 3 duplexes, two themselves and one they partnered on.
