This week, Clint Murphy, Tom the Frugal Gay, and Lauren (Adulting Is Easy) answered audience questions on #WealthWednesday. Our first was a great one about building a side hustle while keeping your 9-5. We talked goal setting and mindset when answering this one. Then, we transitioned more to real estate-specific questions, like what we would do if we were starting now. Naturally, house hacking came up as potentially the best option.
