AT025 Giving Back in the Adjusting Industry

We have all been new to the adjusting industry at one time or another. As a new independent insurance adjuster, learning everything you need to know to be successful in this industry can be a challenge. That challenge is greatly multiplied if you do not have a solid support system and resources available to help you learn every aspect and nuance of the job.

On today’s episode, I’m discussing the importance of giving back to your fellow adjusters through help, support, and guidance. I’ll explain how spending as little as ten minutes a day helping a new adjuster understand various strategies, systems, and programs can make a significant impact on their career and life. I’ll also explain the importance of collaborating with others to advance your knowledge and understanding in the field and why maintaining a level of common sense while working claims is critical to your ability to succeed in this industry.
