In most cases, the reason you're starting a business is that you've identified a problem and want to develop a solution. You need to test your startup ideas. Solving real problems helps you to build something people really want so the first step is to find problems that need solving.
These are the critical questions you need to answer:
1:05 What is the problem you’re trying to solve? (The problem statement).
1:32 How painful is the problem?
2:39 What is the solution? (The solution statement)
2:58 How effective is the solution? (How to evaluate a startup idea)
4:35 What is unique about your solution?
5:29 Example (problem statement example) In the end, building a startup is about solving a problem.
So, let’s talk about these important questions in more detail then I will give you an example so that you can put it all together.
