In the three years between 1764 and 1767, the French countryside in Gévaudan was terrorized by a series of ghastly murders and violent attacks that many thought were the doing of a supernatural beast. Leaving it's victims beheaded and throat-torn, the longtime suspected perpetrator was a wolf-like creature, but was it that simple? Find out all that and more today.
