Welcome to my podcast, AccordingtoDes where I interview people with passions, hobbies, or side hustles trying to live their best lives by following their dreams and pursuing their goals. Get ready to be inspired!

On today’s episode, I interviewed Rachel Collins. Rachel has been vegan for three years. She decided to go vegan when she discovered The China Study written by former Cornell University Professor- Dr T. Colin Campbell. In his book, Dr. Campbell studies how cancer, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and other health issues could be reduced or illuminated by not consuming animal products.

Listen to this episode if you would like to be more educated on being vegan and vegetarian or if you are interested in becoming vegan or vegetation yourself!
