The holiday episode. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, we all have those traditions that we want to hold on to. I want to give you permission to adjust as necessary to fit the needs of your family. Christmas is known to cause anxiety and overwhelm, but when you throw in a new diagnosis, medical issues, or a child that doesn't fit into the regular box, it can be a time of great stress. But it doesn't have to be — I'm sharing about my journey to being ok with changing things up on Christmas. I hope you have an amazing holiday and just know that however it goes, you are not alone.
