In this week's episode of #AbsolutelyWrite, host Aditi Surana is joined by Ramesh Nair who is the Artistic Director in Paris, that had been dormant for 30 years before Ramesh was asked to revive it by the LVMH group. Ramesh was born in a small village in Kerala to a father who worked in the army, he struggled his way through many schools around the country being an undiagnosed dyslexic & was part of the very first batch of the National Institute of Fashion & Technology (NIFT) in 1988. After graduating he created one of the earliest fashion labels in India and paved his way to the fashion capital of the world, where he worked with Hermes for 10 years.

Aditi and Ramesh talk about his journey of how a boy from Kerala made his way to work with the most iconic brands in Europe. Aditi decodes his personality by looking at his handwriting and talks about his unique process of decision-making ability and much more.

Do listen to this episode if you want to know about:
1. What did Ramesh learn from his experience of working with his mentor Martin Margiela for almost ten years in Hermes?
2. Why does he believe that ‘pursuit of excellence’ is an innate quality & no school, no teacher can teach you that?
3. How his handwriting depicts a specific decision-making trait that often confuses by most of his colleagues?
