Our guest this week on the Absolutely write podcast is Chef Mohit Savargaonkar. Mohit has been working towards guiding high-performance individuals to achieve their fitness and aesthetic body goals with his meal prep. 

He has travelled far and wide for his love for food and experience. A large part of his experience has also been in Patisserie, where he worked for two years with Mercure Picton Marlborough Sounds, in New Zealand. Prior to joining POD, Chef Mohit had worked at organic fruits, salmon and mussel farms around New Zealand. His area of expertise is in progressive western cuisines. Mohit believes in using fresh local ingredients for his recipes. 

His aim is to defy the myth that​ ​healthy food is boring.
