"Nothing teaches you better than a mistake"

Our guest this week on the Absolutely Write podcast is Rohit Raj, Co-founder of Glitch & ChtrBox. Rohit started off as an entrepreneur early in life even before his dyslexic self could spell entrepreneur, without autocorrect. 3 startups, 3 exits and a few mentor/investor relationships later, Rohit still actively is looking for something new every day.

With a day job as Co-founder & Creative chief at the glitch, Rohit is seeking newer ideas and methods to help the various brands at the glitch solve their business problems.
Working closely across all functions of the company, he seeks to build glitch into the modern agency where stories, technology and culture meet.

Along this journey at glitch, Rohit co-founded chtrbox to play a part in the booming creator economy, which was recently acquired by a global media entity QYou Networks.
Rohit also actively works with startups and entrepreneurs to help mentor, guide and invest in newer ideas that he can apply his learnings in.

Aditi analyses Rohit's handwriting and talks about his ability to take risks, not fear failure and think outside the box. Aditya shares some famous Bollywood dialogues and how he learnt his Hindi from watching movies on Zee Cinema. He also shares some really interesting tips and lessons that shaped him to be the brilliant leader he is today.
